At the Smashing Egg Company, we are very fortunate that our sister company Glenrath Farms supplies us with all our eggs. Glenrath Farms is a family business that has been producing eggs for over 50 years. The majority of eggs are produced in a 20-mile radius of our facilities.
All the eggs that we use are from Lion approved farm. The farms also are also Freedom Food approved.
A number of the farms also work closely with the Woodland Trust to create the best ranges for the hens to roam freely. On one farm alone 20,000 trees were planted.
Our sister company Glenrath Farm also helps maintain the grass land with a flock of sheep and a herd of cow.
