At the Smashing Egg Company we understand that quality begins on the farm. All our eggs come from our Lion approved farms. Our farms are regularly audited to ensure we are operating to the highest welfare standard.
We are proud to hold BRC accreditation. To ensure quality we have implemented strict manufacturing protocols. We all adhere to HACCP and Food Safety Standards throughout our operations. We have recently become Marks and Spencer’s approved.
We have our own onsite lab to monitor the quality of our products throughout production. We also use an independent laboratory which is UKAS, to carry out further tests as quality is at the heart of what we do.
